"As a very important historical building in Melbourne, the state library is a good place for us to celebrate history. It deserves more history or "times" significance. My original intention of design is to bring more elements from different eras into this building, and extend its most important dome part from history to the future. This building contains characteristic domes from different eras. People can choose a walkway to explore the state library in a whole new way and feel the time flow among different domes."
